I shall need as much information as possible:

• Names, dates, places of birth~if known
• Copies of any certificates
• Any research already completed

In addition, I will need to know exactly what you would like to achieve from this research. For example, some people want a quick look up, others want a full ancestral report for both sides of their family including all the children; others may just want one direct line researched ~ the list is endless.
